Applying for a job is easy! You can apply online through our website anytime or visit your nearest office to apply in person. Our team is ready to help you find the right opportunity—whether you prefer the convenience of applying from home or a more personalized, face-to-face experience. 

  • Do I need a resume to apply for a job with Labor Solutions? 

No, a resume isn’t required to apply! If you have one, you’re welcome to provide it, but it’s not necessary to get started. If a resume is needed for a specific position, our team is happy to help you create one.

  • What should I expect during the interview process? 

Be ready to discuss your work history and skills. The interview will also provide an excellent chance for you to share in detail the type of job you’re seeking and outline your career aspirations.

  • How do I check the status of my application? 

Once we receive your application, one of our Staffing Coordinators will get in touch with you. If you haven’t received a call or text from our office, please don’t hesitate to contact them directly for further details.

  • Do you offer any benefits, like health insurance or retirement plans? 

We offer medical insurance and 401k to all our employees. Additional benefits are also available based on the assignment, such as sick pay, paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and attendance bonuses.

  • How often do I get paid? 

All employees are paid on a weekly basis. 

  • Do I need any special certifications or training for the jobs you offer? 

We will make every effort to align you with the best opportunity that suits your skills and certifications. However, please note that having a specific certification is not a requirement to apply.
