CNC Operator / Machine Operator1st Shift & 2nd Shift OpportunitiesPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operators and Machine Operators to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for operating CNC machinery and production equipment to manufacture high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: Morning/Day shift
- 2nd Shift: Afternoon/Evening shift
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment according to production specifications
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine inspections using measuring tools and gauges
- Adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Report equipment issues or defects to supervisors promptly
- Meet daily production goals and quality standards
Qualifications- Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, or technical instructions is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
Preferred Skills- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
