Weekends
5:00 AM to 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: St Paul.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling of brackets and pressing clinch nuts using a Haeger machine.
- Part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing of metal components.
- Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with and adheres to Company ISO9001:2015 and Quality standards
- Understand and promotes company’s mission, values and quality policy.
Desired Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude and demonstration of problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator.
- Good hand dexterity and utilization of hand tools.

Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ plus years of experience in a metal manufacturing setting.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
