Job Description

We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift QC Tech in the Chicago area. Monday – Friday 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. Bilingual/Spanish is required and must have previous food manufacturing experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Relevant Work Experience: Practical experience in the food industry, laboratory settings, or manufacturing can be highly valuable.
- Entry-level positions: Starting roles in food processing, laboratory work, or manufacturing can provide valuable on-the-job training
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous attention to detail is essential for ensuring that products meet quality standards.
- Familiarity with Equipment and Procedures: Knowledge of food testing methods and equipment, as well as lab testing procedures, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Regulations and Standards: Understanding food standards and regulations, such as HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety management systems.
