Job Title: Screen Printing Technician (T-Shirt Production)
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr (open to higher pay based on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturdays: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (or later until work is completed)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Technician to join our production team. This role involves hands-on T-shirt and apparel printing, ensuring high-quality prints, and keeping up with production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses for apparel (primarily T-shirts).
- Prepare screens (coating, burning, registering, reclaiming).
- Mix inks and ensure accurate colors.
- Set up jobs and maintain proper registration.
- Perform test prints and monitor quality during production runs.
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
- Troubleshoot printing or curing issues.
- Complete daily production according to schedule.
