Job Details

Position Summary: Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services.
 
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 6:30pm (10 hours)
 
Payrate: $18.00/hr
 
Overall Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
- Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
- Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP
- Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
- Completes daily operations reports.
- Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
- Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
- Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.
- Other duties may be assigned.
 
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
- Problem Solving; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Responds promptly to customer needs whether external and or internal
- Planning/organizing-Priorities - Dependability-Is consistently at work and on time
- Follows instructions
- Responds to management direction
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
 
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Manufacturing Environment
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time (6 hrs+)
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
- Manufacturing Environment: Office / Warehouse Dock Environment
- Occasional exposure to weather
- Moderate to Loud noise level
