Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Warehouse & Office Associate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in the Gurnee, IL area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, works with urgency, and consistently delivers accurate results.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in an environment where efficiency and accountability are essential.
 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $20–$25 per hour
 
 
Key Responsibilities
- Process product returns quickly and accurately, ensuring inventory systems are updated without errors
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and attention to detail
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, confirming product counts and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and workspace
- Accurately enter and manage data in internal systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Identify and resolve issues independently
- Follow established procedures while actively seeking ways to improve efficiency
 
 
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (required)
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Proficient in basic computer systems (data entry, inventory software, email)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- High attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
