Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate in Glendale Heights, IL to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This is a temporary position with competitive pay based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email
- Process and enter customer orders accurately into ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping
- Verify shipping documentation including BOLs, packing slips, pallet tags, and Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability with production teams
- Assist with resolving customer issues, order discrepancies, and logistics concerns
- Support the Director of Sales with customer visits, volume reviews, and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of customer service or office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and order accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- No sensitivity to foods or spices
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional warehouse exposure (PPE provided when needed)
