Job Details

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Lead in the Melrose Park, IL area to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires leadership experience and the ability to operate a reach truck.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations
Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities
Assign tasks and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met
Train and guide new employees on procedures and safety practices
Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors on performance and needs
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product handling
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Work Schedule:
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Some Saturdays as needed
Requirements:
Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience required
Experience operating a reach truck (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to stand, lift, and work long hours as needed
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
