Job Description

Labor Solutions is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role involves precision welding on a variety of materials and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets both company and customer standards.
Hours: 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday Pay: 20-23
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up welding equipment and select proper tools and materials
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to pass a weld test prior to hire
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
