Job Description

Location: Antioch, IL
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Shifts Pay: $15/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Packaging Associates to join our team immediately. This position is responsible for packaging finished products, performing quality inspections, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced printing and packaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Package products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Remove defective or damaged items
- Palletize finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general production and packaging tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
