Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a plastics production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality products efficiently.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 11:00pm to 7:00pm
Pay Rate: $15.75/hr
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Report equipment or production issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed
