Job Description

We are looking for 1st shift Line Lead candidate in the Forest View area (near the Midway airport). Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm. Must have previous experience and a resume and may start at $18.50 hourly payrate.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and delegating tasks to production line workers
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet company and industry standards
- Training new staff on production line procedures and safety protocols
- Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments for efficiency
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Implementing and upholding safety regulations and quality control measures
- Maintaining communication between management and production line workers
- Managing the production schedule and meeting production targets
- Reporting and resolving any issues or disruptions of the production process
- Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records
- Ordering supplies necessary for the production line
