We are looking for reliable and motivated workers; we have positions available for 1st and 2nd shift in Libertyville in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knock metal parts out of large metal sheets using hammers
- Feed metal parts into deburring machines to smooth edges and surfaces
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Move and transport parts between workstations or departments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Cross-train on multiple tasks within the department as production needs change
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and move frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
