We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver for locations in Antioch, IL and Grayslake, IL. This role is responsible for moving printed materials, pallets, and production supplies throughout the warehouse and production floor while supporting shipping, receiving, and manufacturing operations.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm (Antioch, IL)
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am (Grayslake, IL)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr-19.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Move skids, finished printed products, and materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks accurately
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas
- Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance issues
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
- Support production deadlines and team operations
Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
