Job Description
We are looking for 1st shift line leads/machine operators in the Melrose Park are. Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Line Lead/Machine Operator Job Responsibilites:
- Supervising and guiding the production of the line.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the line.
- Motivate team to work together effectively to achieve daily production.
- following safety protocol and ensuring team is working following the safety guidelines.
- Set up machine for proper and safe operation.
- Inspect finished products for defects and conduct quality tests.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Load raw material into machines and unload finish products as needed.
- Attention to detail.
Monday-Friday
8:00am to 4:30pm
Line Lead/Machine Operator Requirements
- Knowledge with machines (preferably vertical baggers)
- Supervisor experience
- basic computer skills
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
